Reservations

• A valid reservation is required to use club rooms.
• Reserve only the time during which you will actually use the room, and arrive on time.
• Leave the room no later than the end of your reservation.
• Observe the maximum number of people allowed in the specific room.
• If guests are allowed in the room, the person who made the reservation is responsible for them and must ensure that they follow the rules.

Access to Rooms

Rooms with a card reader

• Enter the room by tapping your registered ISIC card on the reader.
• Before first use, the ISIC card must be registered in the Profile tab of the reservation system. Registration only needs to be completed once.
• Use only your own ISIC card.
• If the door is already open, still tap your card on the reader.
• Close the door properly when leaving.

Rooms accessible with a key

• Use the key only in connection with your reservation.
• Follow the instructions for collecting and returning the key.
• Do not lend the key to other people.

Use of Rooms and Equipment

• Use the room and its equipment only for their intended purpose.
• Handle the equipment with care and do not damage it.
• Do not remove equipment from the room without prior permission.
• Do not move furniture or equipment without permission.
• Respect other users and dormitory residents and avoid excessive noise.
• Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited in club rooms.
• Also follow all specific rules stated for the particular room.

Damage and Defects

• Report any damage, defect, or missing equipment to the room manager immediately.
• If you notice any damage upon arrival, report it before using the room or the affected equipment.
• The reservation holder is responsible for their guests and for any damage they cause.

Before Leaving

• Return all used equipment to its designated place.
• Leave the room clean and tidy.
• Turn off lights and devices that are not supposed to remain on.
• Unless stated otherwise for a specific room, close all windows.
• Close the entrance door properly.

Compliance with the Rules

Violation of the general rules or the specific rules of a particular room may result in a temporary or permanent ban from using club benefits.

Club rooms are monitored in accordance with the club's camera surveillance rules.
