All students accommodated at the Masaryk dormitory, that have a reservation on the next semester, but are not staying at the dormitory during summer holidays, may store their things at storerooms. The capacity of storerooms is limited, therefore we ask you, to store only necessary things.

We only accept items that are properly packed in boxes or luggage.

If things are not packed properly, the storeroom administrator can refuse to store them.

Each stored box or luggage must be properly signed and contain the following information:

• name
• contact e-mail or phone number
• room number at Masaryk dormitory
• pickup date

Please note, that we are not responsible for things stored at storerooms and we highly recommend to do not store any valuable items.

Things are stored in the storeroom for free and for a fixed period. If you do not pick up stored things within the specified period and do not respond to the pick-up calls, they will become the property of the club.

Dear members, we would like to inform you about the pre-election debate with candidates for Masarka Executive Board elections, which will be held today (2019-05-16) at 7 PM in room R504.

Reservations for dormitory accommodation for the following 2019/20 academic year can be made 9 May 2019 – 20 June 2019 inclusive: https://www.suz.cvut.cz/en/rezr/rezervace-ubytovani

University students can make a reservation for accommodation at CTU dormitories themselves if they sign in to the web interface at: https://web.suz.cvut.cz , other students and graduates of the CTU with dormitory manager.

Based on the reservation schedule, you can make reservations as follows:

09.05.2019-17.05.2019	reservations for those living in the year-round zone who want 2019/2020 year-round or longterm accommodation for the bed they are currently using. If you are currently using a bed which will not fall within the year-round zone during the next AY, you will not be able to reserve your current bed and you will have to choose a place within the following dates. Year-round reservations will be made for the period from 09.09.2019 to 07.09.2020. Long-term reservations will be made for the period from 09.09.2019 to 31.08.2021 (only for CTU students).
17.05.2019-28.05.2019	reservations for those living in a dormitory who want 2019/2020 year-round or long-term accommodation for a different room in the year-round zone within the CTU dormitory system. When making your reservation, you will only be offered as yet unoccupied beds in rooms in the year-round zone. Year-round reservations will be made for the period from 09.09.2019 to 07.09.2020. Long-term reservations will be made for the period from 09.09.2019 to 31.08.2021 (only for CTU students).
28.05.2019-12.06.2019	reservations for those living in the zone to the end of the summer semester examination period (until vacation) who want 2019/2020 accommodation until the end of the summer semester examination period (until vacation) for their rooms. Reservations until the end of the summer semester examination period will be made for the period from 09.09.2019 to 26.06.2020.
12.06.2019-20.06.2019	Reservation for those living in a dormitory who want 2019/2020 accommodation until the end of the summer semester examination period (until vacation) for a different room within the zone to the end of the summer semester examination period (until vacation) within the CTU dormitory system. Reservations until the end of the summer semester examination period will be made for the period from 09.09.2019 to 26.06.2020.

Reservations for each of the categories mentioned will always be possible from 12:00 noon on the given day.

From 6^th till 17^th of May the windows will be washed – from 8.30 AM to 2 PM. We would like to ask you for an access to your windows (windowsill, please clean all your things from your tables in your room and even in your kitchen). If you will not clean that, we will have to move them somewhere else. Washing will be performed by the cleaning company CENTRA. Thank you for your understanding.

Students, that are not interested in windows washing should write an email to Mrs. Suchanova (pavla.suchanova@cvut.cz) .

Chairman of club Masarka Oleg Ostashchuk declares election to the Board of Masarka club, according to the rules of CTU Student Union and internal regulations of Masarka club. The members of club can send their candidature till 14.05.2019.

According to regulations of Masarka club, Board has from 5 to 7 members:

In these elections, seven members will be elected.

The candidature must include: name, surname, member ID, email and agreement of candidature into Board of Masarka club

The candidature may include: small sized photo, address to election website of candidate and brief political program

Candidatures should be sent in PDF format in a readable size after being printed on A5 format. Applications will be accepted till 14.05.2019 23:59 on email address “volby@mk.cvut.cz”. All sent data will be published on election webpage https://mk.cvut.cz/volby and Masarka board.

Fluent and fair progress of election will be ensured by voting commission:

Voting commission will answer all questions or unclarities in regulations about the election and on 22.05.2019 will announce the final results of the election. Commission will also deal with any trouble in connection with the voting process. In a case of any suspictions that the elections were not valid, the commission has the right to cancel the elections.
